In the Outdoor Revival office we’re often talking about survival stuff, personally, I love the practical survival stuff, but I don’t class myself as a full-blown prepper, I’ve not got a bunker, or loads of weapons, but we have got a food storage and plenty of other kit.
I’m of the opinion that a 72-hour pack is an important thing to have so I’m quite excited to use this one, the contents seem to be good quality and well thought out.
If any of you are thinking of putting together a 72 hour pack, this is well worth a look as it could save you a lot fo time and if it’s a quality item it will last many years.
Here’s some more information from the SECENTY2 Indiegogo page and it’s well worth watching this video.
95% of emergency situations are resolved in the first 72 hours, but what you do in those first 72 hours can mean the difference between life and death.
With that in mind, we developed The SEVENTY2. A complete survival system featuring over 30 tools organized by need and easy-to-understand instructions, expertly designed to get you through those critical hours.
The answers inspired the SEVENTY2.
With over 30 designed and curated survival tools organized by use and need, intuitive instructions and thousands of applications, it’s the world’s best survival kit and the one thing to add to your car, home or office to make sure you and your family are prepared for anything life throws at you.
Who Are We?
We’re a team of friends who’ve collectively traveled to over 125 countries. From the top of Mt. Everest to the jungles of Bolivia to military bases in Iraq, we’ve spent time in some of the most dangerous and extreme environments in the world.
Through it all, we’ve found ourselves in more than a few difficult situations and it’s these experiences that have taught us the importance of having the right tools and the proper knowledge. And because of this, we live prepared every day.
The Problem.
While day to day life is extremely comfortable for most, life can change in an instant, and in the world we live in, being prepared is not an option anymore. It’s a necessity.
“Go Bags” or “Bug Out Bags” and survival bags are not a new concept, but most of what is available in the marketplace is poorly executed, not purposely designed, and outdated. Cheap materials, unnecessary or missed components, combined with poor or no instruction make these bags a dangerous waste of money.
The Seventy2 not only provides all the tools and supplies you need, but clear instructions guide even the inexperienced user. It can turn deadly situations to inconvenient moments, and creates heroes from victims. It provides you all the tools you need to stay warm, safe, connected and protected.
The Seventy2’s outer shell is made of lightweight, waterproof and extremely durable tarpaulin. This material is so air-tight, the bag can be used as a floatation device. Gray in color, you will blend into a crowd in an emergency situation, and avoid marking you as an inadvertent target.
You can see more about the SEVENTY2 here on their Indiegogo page.
