Five Star is one of Nike Running Camps’ premier cross country camp locations. In a quintessential summer camp setting at Iroquois Springs camp facility, Coach Rich Furst hosts an impressive camp program focused on helping youth runners improve their form and fitness while having fun and making lasting memories.
The young athletes enjoy a woodsy setting and stay in quaint wood cabins. In addition to their daily running workouts, form analysis and training, campers participate in many activities such as swimming, team-building, interactive games, and movies.
Five Star Running Camp has been described by past campers as ‘amazing.’ One camper wrote, “Nike Running Camp was the most amazing week of my year. Everyone at camp is so nice, and they care about your running…
My personal favorite run was the mountain run where you run to a lake where the water is so clear you can see to the bottom.” This is just one camper’s feelings on camp, and the sentiments are unanimous.
Registration is open now! Camp will run for one week, August 6-11, available to boys and girls ages 12-18. Runners of all ability levels are welcome to attend the camp in Rock Hill, New York. Other highlights include tools for goal setting, low coach to camper ratio, video analysis and more.
Nike Running Camps help runners become better, faster, and smarter athletes. They provide an educational and inspirational experience for cross country and track and field campers of all ages, skill levels, and abilities.
You’ll leave camp with increased running knowledge, new friends, and an enhanced love for the sport!
