Bone conduction bypasses the eardrums so your ears remain open and unimpeded

Bone Conduction Audio – How does it work?

Bone conduction bypasses the eardrums so your ears remain open and unimpeded. Sound waves are converted into vibrations and delivered through your upper cheekbones. The cochlea receives the vibrations, bypassing the ear canal and ear drum. For cyclists this is super important because that means you can hear audio and hear your surroundings as you ride, such as cars and other potentially dangerous obstacles.

Coros LINX Smart Remote

Coros LINX helmet, Smart Remote, app

The Smart Remote is mounted to your handlebars in whatever configuration you like. With the remote, control volume, skip tracks, pause music, take calls and more (ex: future programming) without stopping to fumble with your phone. Think of it as the silent partner of the Coros LINX RideAware™ audio platform. It gives riders an easy, safe way to control how they amp up their ride.

Note: A group communication accessory will be sold separately in the future, and the Smart Remote has a button reserved for easy integration.

Coros LINX Mobile App

Use the app to connect your LINX helmet

Receive navigation and essential ride statistics through voice – speed, distance, duration, pace, calories, time – all without taking your eyes off the road. Track your rides and ride history to include distance, time, average speed, max speed, calories burned, elevations and more. Set, save and share routes, set preferred waypoints, and share ride data with leading cycling apps in the future.
